Every new MCHosts server comes with a 7 day money back guarantee, so you can try your server risk free.
What the guarantee covers
- Your first purchase of a new server plan
- A full refund of the amount you paid, including any first month discount you used
- Requests made within 7 days of the purchase date
The guarantee does not cover renewal payments. If you want to stop future charges, see Cancelling Your Server instead.
How to request a refund
- Go to the support page and open a ticket
- Choose the Billing category
- Tell us the email on your account and which server the refund is for
- Send the ticket. You do not need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve
What happens next
- Our team confirms your purchase is within the 7 day window
- Your payment is refunded in full and your subscription is cancelled straight away
- Your server and all of its data (world files, configs, backups) are permanently deleted once the refund is processed
- The refund usually appears on your card within a few business days, depending on your bank
