Game Publisher Terms

We host servers for games made by other companies. This page says, for each game we host, whose game it is, where its licence is, where your server gets the server software, and what that means for mods and anti-cheat. It forms part of our Terms of Service, under Section 22. When we add a game, its section is added here and the date above moves. Everything else, including refunds, the uptime guarantee, the governing law and how to raise a dispute, is in the Terms of Service themselves.

We show game names and logos only to identify the game being referred to. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the companies named on this page.

MINECRAFT

By using our Minecraft server hosting services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with Mojang Studios' Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and all related policies. The Minecraft EULA can be found at https://www.minecraft.net/eula.

You agree that you will not:

(a) Use our services to host servers that violate Mojang's EULA, including but not limited to pay-to-win mechanics that provide gameplay advantages in exchange for real-world money.

(b) Distribute, share, or host unauthorized copies of Minecraft or related software.

(c) Use our services to infringe upon Mojang Studios' or Microsoft's intellectual property rights in any manner.

(d) Use our services in any manner that violates Mojang's Community Standards or Brand Guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to any customer found to be in violation of the Minecraft EULA. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

MINECRAFT BEDROCK EDITION

If you use our Minecraft Bedrock Edition server hosting services, the same Minecraft EULA applies, together with the terms Mojang Studios publish for the Bedrock Dedicated Server software at https://www.minecraft.net. Your server downloads that software from Mojang Studios directly. We do not distribute it. Minecraft Bedrock Edition is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft Corporation.

HYTALE

If you use our Hytale server hosting services, you agree to comply with Hypixel Studios' end user licence agreement and server operator policies, which can be found at https://hytale.com. Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Studios.

TERRARIA

If you use our Terraria server hosting services, you agree to comply with Re-Logic's terms of use, which can be found at https://re-logic.com/terms-of-use. Where your server runs mods from the Steam Workshop, you also agree to comply with the Steam Subscriber Agreement. Terraria is a trademark of Re-Logic. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Re-Logic.

PALWORLD

If you use our Palworld server hosting services, you agree to comply with Pocketpair's terms and with any server or community guidelines they publish, which can be found at https://www.pocketpair.jp. Mods installed on a Palworld server are third-party software that Pocketpair does not support, and a Palworld update can stop them working. Palworld is a trademark of Pocketpair, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pocketpair.

PROJECT ZOMBOID

If you use our Project Zomboid server hosting services, you agree to comply with The Indie Stone's end user licence agreement and terms, which can be found at https://projectzomboid.com. Project Zomboid is a trademark of The Indie Stone. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Indie Stone.

VALHEIM

If you use our Valheim server hosting services, your use of Valheim is also covered by the end user licence agreement that Coffee Stain Publishing AB publishes for the game at https://www.valheim.com/eula. That agreement is between you and Coffee Stain. Valheim is developed by Iron Gate AB and published by Coffee Stain Publishing AB. Your server downloads the Valheim dedicated server software from Steam directly. We do not distribute it. Iron Gate does not offer official mod support, so mods on a Valheim server are third-party software that Iron Gate and Coffee Stain do not support, and a Valheim update can stop them working. We will not suspend a Valheim server under Section 17 of the Terms of Service because it runs mods. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Iron Gate AB or Coffee Stain Publishing AB.

ARK: SURVIVAL EVOLVED

If you use our ARK: Survival Evolved server hosting services, your use of the game is also covered by the licence agreement Studio Wildcard shows when the game is installed. That agreement is between you and Studio Wildcard. ARK: Survival Evolved is developed by Studio Wildcard and published by Studio Wildcard and Snail Games USA. Your server downloads the ARK dedicated server software from Steam directly. We do not distribute it. Mods on an ARK server come from the Steam Workshop and are made by their authors, not by Studio Wildcard, and an ARK update can stop them working; where your server runs them, the Steam Subscriber Agreement also applies to you. Your server runs BattlEye anti-cheat unless you turn it off in your control panel. BattlEye is made by BattlEye Innovations e.K. and runs on your players' computers under BattlEye's own terms. We will not suspend an ARK server under Section 17 of the Terms of Service because it runs mods or because BattlEye is turned off.
