You can now run a Hytale server with us. Six plans, from 4GB at A$15.00 a month up to 16GB at A$60.00, on our own hardware in Australia.

The plans
Hytale asks for 4GB of RAM as a minimum, so that is where our plans start. Every plan is A$3.75 per GB, GST included, the same rate as our Minecraft plans. The 4GB plan is A$15.00 a month and the 16GB plan is A$60.00. These are the ongoing prices, not an introductory rate.
Your first month is 20% off, applied automatically at checkout. Quarterly billing takes 10% off on top.
What is different about a Hytale server
It signs in to your Hytale account. Before anyone can join, your server has to be signed in to a Hytale account. You do that once, from the Overview page of the control panel, using your own account. It takes about a minute, and the server stays signed in after that. Until you do it, the server runs but turns every player away.
It updates itself. Hytale only lets you play on the current version, so a server left on an old one stops accepting anyone within hours of an update. When Hytale releases a new version, our servers fetch it and your server picks it up. Players get ten minutes' notice, then it restarts on the new version. You don't need to do anything.
Mods install from the control panel. Open the Plugins & Mods tab, search CurseForge or Modtale, and install. Hytale sends mods to players when they join, so nobody has to install anything on their own PC.
You can follow the pre-release version instead. Most people should stay on the release version. If you want the next version before it is finished, you can switch your server to the pre-release line from Settings. Players on the release version can't join a pre-release server, and most mods won't work on it.
What is the same
The control panel, the console, the file manager, SFTP, backups and support all work the way they do for a Minecraft server. Your server has its own address, and you can point your own domain at it.
Minecraft is not going anywhere
Minecraft is still what most of our customers run, and nothing about those plans has changed. Hytale is a second game on the same infrastructure, and there are more on the way. You can see all of them at mchosts.com.au/games.
