99.9% uptime SLA
If a month falls short of 99.9%, you get a service credit. It's written into our terms.
Custom built control panel
We wrote it ourselves, so when something is awkward we can go and fix it.
Free custom server address
An address like yourname.mchosts.co that never changes, or point your own domain at it for free.
DDoS protection included

Ask within 7 days of buying a new server and we'll refund you in full.
Already have a server elsewhere? Migration is free with our step-by-step guides and the import tool built into the control panel.
Player counts are indicative only and assume a plugin server such as Paper. Modded servers may support fewer players depending on modpack complexity. Use our RAM calculator to size your server.
