Built by the team behind the Integrated Structures mods, so the dungeons, villages and strongholds are stocked with the pack's own modded loot rather than vanilla chests. Exploring is how you progress: tattered books found out in the world teach recipes you cannot get any other way, and 42 of those are in so far.
