About HR: New Beginnings
Deliberately small. The author built it for friends who wanted mods without the complexity, so vanilla stays recognisable and most of what is added gives you more to explore and more to craft. Biomes O' Plenty widens the world, Mekanism and Mystical Agriculture cover the tech, and that is roughly the ceiling.
