About Agrarian Skies 2
Skyblock with the quest book doing the driving, from the pack that set that format. You rebuild a world from almost nothing while quest givers turn up along the way. The map you pick and the difficulty you set decide what you start with, so an easy run and a hard one are genuinely different games.
